Where are you located?

Dragon's Hoard PH is based in Metro Manila and ships nationwide. We are an online store and don't have a physical location/play area (yet!)

What courier do you use to ship?

Our default courier is GogoXpress, but we also use LBC, Blitz Delivery, Borzo (Mr. Speedy) depending on your specific need. You may leave information about this at the notes.

 

How much is shipping? How long will it take?

If shipping via GogoXpress (default), fees start at P75 for Metro Manila, P125 for Luzon, P145 for Visayas, and P160 for Mindanao. Fees increase with the cart total to accommodate GGX's Shipping insurance fee. A Shipping fee calculator is available on the cart page.

Do you accommodate rush orders?

We do not currently accommodate rush orders. Should this change, we will make an announcement via social media.

Can I pay for cards now and then have my order/s ship at a later date?

Yes! Each customer is assigned their own personal storage vault. If you're unable to receive your order now or if you'd like to ship multiple orders together, you may select the "Store in My Vault" option at checkout. Once you're ready to receive your order/s, just send us a message at our Facebook page to let us know :)

How often do you update the prices of cards?

Most prices use pricing data pulled directly from TCGPlayer and are updated automatically every 12 hours

Are your cards legit?

Yes. All singles stocked in our stores come directly from boosters that we open in-house. They have never been played and are in near mint quality. The cards are only ever handled when they are being sorted/organized or to fulfill orders. Opening boosters in-house is also how we're able to stock a wider array of cards.

How are orders packaged?

All cards are kept in card storage boxes to ensure near mint condition. Foil cards are stored with desiccant packets to reduce instances of curling. They are organized and filed by set, foil and then collector number to keep process of pulling orders fast and accurate.

Booster packs are reused as protective containers to hold the cards. Orders are then snuggly wrapped in approximately 3 layers bubble wrap that will absorb any potential shock during transit, and placed into a mailer bag. For lower quantity orders that require additional support, a double-wall corrugated board is included with the cards before bubble wrapping to prevent any bending during transit.
