Dragon's Hoard PH is based in Metro Manila and ships nationwide. We are an online store and don't have a physical location/play area (yet!)

Our default courier is GogoXpress, but we also use LBC and other couriers depending on availability or on your specific need. You may leave information about this at the order notes in the cart page.

Shipping is dependent on your location and the products to be shipped. You may calculate shipping at the checkout page before payment

We do not currently accommodate rush orders. Should this change, we will make an announcement via social media.

Yes! Each customer is assigned their own personal storage vault. If you're unable to receive your order now or if you'd like to ship multiple orders together, you may select the "Store in My Vault" option at checkout. Once you're ready to receive your order/s, just send us a message at our Facebook page to let us know so we can settle your shipping fee. :)

Yes. All singles stocked in our store come directly from boosters opened in-house. They have never been played and are in near mint quality. The cards are only handled during initial intake (as in when we are sorting and counting) and when orders are picked. Opening boosters in-house is also how we're able to stock a wider array of cards. Customer reviews are available on our Facebook Page.

All cards are kept in card storage boxes to ensure near mint condition. Foil cards are stored with desiccant packets to reduce instances of curling. Cards are filed in an orderly manner to keep the process of picking your order fast and accurate.

Booster packs are reused as protective containers to hold the cards. Orders are then snuggly wrapped in approximately 3 layers bubble wrap to absorb shock in transit, and placed into a mailer bag. For lower quantity orders that require additional support, a corrugated board is included with the cards before bubble wrapping to prevent any bending during transit.

Dragon's Hoard is committed to the player experience and has instated an order quantity limit policy so that all players get a fair chance to get their pieces.

Magic: the Gathering -- Maximum 4 units per variant per person, except for tokens and basic lands which do not have limits. Limits are imposed across all recent orders (over a period of 60 Days)

Request to order quantities in excess of the limits may be sent to our Facebook Page. All requests are subject to approval. Checkout will also reject order instances where cards are in excess of the above limits. Excess orders made without approval that attempt to circumvent the policy may be refunded without warning, and may result in banning from the store in cases of repeated or extreme offense.
